Borosilicate glass also known as Schott Borofloat glass, is a Pyrex equivalent glass which can be supplied with as-drawn transparent finishes of 60/40 - 80/50 scratch/dig, or custom polished to 10/5 scratch/dig.

Borofloat wafers and substrates, with surface finishes available in the low Angstroms are routinely polished in sizes up to 300mm (12") and as thin as 25um.

Diameter: 2", 3", 100mm, 150mm, 200mm and 300mm
Typical thicknesses as drawn: 0.7mm, 1.1 mm, 1.75mm, 2.25 and up to 13mm
Typical thickness Polished: .001" - .005", .080", .010", .015", .020"
Squares and rectangles: All sizes and thicknesses
