Fused Silica reclaimed photomasks are an economical way of obtaining excellent quality polished Fused Silica plates, flat to a few microns or better and in sizes up to 7".

If a 4" or 100 mm window is needed, what better way than starting with an inexpensive 5"x5" square blank? It's already polished!
