Plates for Semiconductor Wafers
Valley Design Corporation offers an array of carrier plates that are ideal mounting tools for dicing, lapping, polishing and thinning semiconductor wafers.
They can be manufactured out of a number of different materials ranging from Pyrex, BK7, Soda-Lime Glass and Quartz, to Alumina, Sapphire, Graphite or Fused Silica. These wafers are made to SEMI Silicon standard sizes and are available from 2" to 300mm diameter and as thin as 0.001". Surfaces may be lapped or polished to meet all optical specifications.
