These substrates can be polished on one or both sides and come in square, rectangular and round shapes. Lasered and diamond-machined custom shapes are available.
Plates range in standard sizes from 2" sq., 2 1/4" sq., and 4 1/2" sq.; disks from 2" to 12" diameters follow SEMI specifications. Standard thicknesses range from .005" up to .080"; thicker substrates are available by special order.
