Valley Design Corp. is offering a full line of electro-optical products and services on the East Coast and West Coast.

Specializing in lapping, polishing, edge polishing, and dicing of substrates and also manufacturing flat polished optical pieces in addition to substrates, wafers and windows from Sapphire, Quartz, Fused Silica, 96% and 99.6% Alumina, Glass of all types, Aluminum Nitride AlN, Silicon Carbide SiC, optical grade Silicon, and other materials. The best polish for optics is 10/5 which gives for Fused Silica less than 20 angstroms Ra finish. Ultra-thin materials as thin as 0.0005" (12.5 micro-meters) are possible.
