Fused Silica and Quartz Wafers and Substrates

Polished Fused Silica and Fused Quartz windows, wafers, substrates, and ultra-thin windows can be custom made in one to two weeks and rush orders even sooner. Common size parts are shipped from our extensive stock.

Fused quartz wafers, fused silica wafers and most other optical materials can be processed in sizes as large as 12" x 12" square or 12" diameter. Thickness tolerances can be as tight as +/-.0001", with flatness to 1/4 lightband, and parallelism to 50 millionths of an inch. Custom windows in any size, shape, thickness or surface finish are available on special orders.
