  • R-Plane Sapphire (1-102 Orientation) available in both stock and custom sizes
  • Standard Surface Finish: Optically polished 1 or 2 sides 60/40 - 80/50 scratch/dig (<15A).
    If polished 1 side only, B-side is fine ground, non-transparent.
    Improved surface finish is available upon request.
  • Standard Thickness Tolerance: ± .001"
  • 100mm diameter (3.94") and 76.2mm diameter (3") wafers have SEMI standard reference flats
  • Tighter tolerances available on all parameters
  • SOS (Silicon on Sapphire) wafers also available
