Valley Design Corp. manufactures microwave windows fabricated from Corning 7070 glass. Typical current production sizes range from about 4.50"x1.00"x0.10" rectangular, to 0.190"x0.060"x0.006" with full radius each end. Thickness tolerances of ± 0.0002"are provided when required.
Production levels of many thousands per week are routine, and smaller orders are priced realistically. Valley Design offers a complete line of polished Glass, Fused Silica and Quartz substrates and windows including precision grinding, lapping and polishing of all substrate materials --hard and soft.
